Location and staff were fantastic. The lady at check in was very helpful and the location is beautiful.

Thé hotel was being renovated and the workmen were laying floos and decorating. This made it noisy and smelly. The hotel was overpriced but the room was directly on the lake

Good and reasonably priced in Hossegor.
A decent place to stay. The room was modern and clean. On the site for booking it said double or twin room but didn't seem to have an option to choose. When we got there we asked for a twin room, was told it was a double on the booking but they found us a nice twin instead. Friendly at reception.

Hotel pretty basic. Rooms were bit depressing
Room mix up, ended up with a double rather than a twin. This is the booking website (Expedia) rather than the hotel I believe. Just a modest so so hotel. E75 for twin room which I guess is OK.

Lakeside hotel in Hossegor
Brilliant position on the lake side. Room was good and bathroom but unfortunately the bed was probably about the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Shame really because everything else was good.

Loved it!
Had a fabulous welcome by the multi-lingual staff with lots of smiles :-) My room was facing the road but was really pretty and spacious. The hotel is not super modern, but is full of charm and character which I like. I slept really well and wish I could've stayed longer. Also great location right by the lake and just a short stroll to town.

hotel on lakeside at Hossegor
Lovely location, but hotel a bit tired. There was insufficient parking, especially as we needed accessibilty due to mobility issues. Bathroom was not great - the door wouldn't close and there were dirty finger marks where others had obviously tried to push it shut. Basin plug was non-functional. We didn't have breakfast as it was expensive. Standard rooms face a very noisy and busy road.

Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre : mélange d'humidité et de remontée d'égout constant. Chambre très mal insonorisée, nous entendons tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins du dessus. Nous avons réservé la chambre Premium en pensant que nous aurions une terrasse vue sur le lac (comme sur les photos) alors que non, pas de terrasse. Très déçu par le rapport qualité/prix. Seul point positif : les 2 jacuzzis à disposition.

Joli petit hôtel de charme
Hôtel de charme, bien placé en bordure du lac. Parking accessible quoique réduit. Chambre propre et agreable. Seuls bémols, la douche version plastique et le savon à distance telle qu'il faut sortir de la douche tremblante pour y accéder. A se demander pourquoi ce choix!

Certes la vue du lac depuis la chambre est très belle mais l’état de la chambre est inacceptable pour le prix payé. Murs abîmés avec des trous, peinture qui s’effrite… sans parler de l’isolation des murs : les premiers clients levés réveillent tous les autres, on entend distinctement les conservations de chaque chambre ( les mitoyennes comme celles de l’étage supérieur).je déconseille fortement. Pour quelques euros de plus, payez vous un vrai hôtel de standing

Chambre au 4eme étage très petite. Salle d’eau miniature, une poutre empêche quasiment l’accès au wc et il ne faut pas mesurer plus de 1,70 pour prendre sa douche confortablement. Uniquement pour personne voyageant seule pas pour les couples. Hôtel correct, emplacement très bien.

Hôte idéalement situé. De la chambre, nous étions « dans » le Lac. Bonne literie, SdB de taille suffisante, et plateau de courtoisie avec bouteilles d’eau. WiFi de qualité moyenne. Petit déjeuner a16€, trop cher pour les mets présentés. Prenez le temps d’aller en ville, très proche. Par contre, les finitions dans les parties communes seraient à rafraîchir sérieusement. Bonne adresse malgré tout, avec prix des chambres abordables, par rapport aux établissements voisins. On y reviendra

La vue sur le lac qui vit au rytme de la marée est bien sympathique, même quand il pleut. Le centre ville n est pas loin ,pas besoin de voiture L hôtel est un hôtel 3 etoiles typique.,bien tenu hôtel rénové depuis peu lit confortable, salles de bain (nous etions sur 2 chambres) un peu basique mais la douche fonctionne bien c est le principal Petit déjeuner correct Ensemble donc correct pour l hotel,tres bonne situation géographique

Rapporto qualità prezzo sicuramente ottimo. Bella struttura sulle rive del lago di Hossegor, camera pulita e vista lago, personale disponibile e cortese. Unica raccomandazione: non aprire la finestra soprattutto di sera, essendo a pochi metri dal lago entrano svariati tipi di insetti.
