It had everything we needed and was a perfect spot to stay to check out Mole Creek, for our lunch at The Truffle Farm and to check out Deloraine. The place was beautifully clean and contained all that we needed. The bed was comfy, the wood fire was a little cracker and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was divine. We'd love to head out that way again and will definitely return if we do. Beautiful grounds surrounded by pastoral landscape. The accommodation has very large rooms, top-quality furnishings, a beautiful bathroom, and a great wood-burning fireplace to take away any autumn chill. Friendly goats, chickens and sheep to visit. It's a long drive (about 1.5 hours) to Cradle Mountain park. Our first 2 nights accommodation in Tassie and it set the standard for the remainder of our holiday. Just exceptional. The view is to die for and the apartment has everything you could want plus more. Bed comfortable and having washing facilities a bonus. Convenient jumping off point to so many attractions. Managed to to the caves as well as a quick trip to Cradle Mt and close to Deloraine a lovely little village. Close to the Mole Creek hotel for the evening meal. The place seemed very new and had everything we needed from a full kitchen with cooking equipment to a bathtub to warm up in after a full day exploring the Cradle Mountain national park.
