"The hotel has invested in the lobby and the casino, but the rooms need to be upgraded especially the beds — lifted off the ground. The carpets need to be changed. New paint or wallpaper would greatly improve the appearance. The windows are not modern. Which distracts from the view.There’s a lot to work on, but overall, I would rate it average. the location is great for eating and shopping . "

"The staff are nothing short of amazing every individual performed above and beyond the normal! Starting with Gregory who delt with a very difficult check-in with an extreme level of professionalism and a level of customer service that is not the normal today. Ending with Christina (i believe) in security who expedited the return of several items forgotten in our room. And everything about the property wasn't 3 Star It was 5 Star. Only suggestion: Keep the pool open a little later Thank you,...
