The location is outstanding, set amongst beautiful forest but still only minutes from the stunning beaches of Tomakin, Mossy Point and Broulee with Mogo Zoo and the village of Mogo just down the road. Enjoy direct access to the river from our private boatshed and jetty, where you can fish, kayak or watch the river ebbing by. Or simply relax and enjoy the sunsets from the sweeping decks overlooking the river and pool. The space Ironbark House is situated on our beautiful property "Tommaghan Rest". For more photos and information search for TommaghanRest. About the Property You will have access to the entire 4-bedroom home. Ironbark House is an older style home that was built in the 1980s. Part of its charm is its grand rustic nature that allows the occupants to take in the gorgeous surrounding environment to relax in and feel a thousand miles away. The home is continuously being updated to allow for a comfortable stay whilst maintaining its old style charm. Key features: \* Secluded set up on a rural property \* Amazing 13 metre saltwater pool \* Rustic boatshed with direct access to the Tomaga River \* Beautiful sunsets \* Evenings around the fire pit \* 7-minute drive to the famous beaches of Tomakin, Mossy Point & Broulee \* Perfect base for bushwalking and mountain biking (Only a few kms from the Deep Creek Dam trail network and only 10km to Maulbrooks Rd) \* Mudcrabbing, fishing and exploring the Tomaga River You will find: \* Master Bedroom Retreat with ensuite bathroom \* 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with queen beds \* 4th bedroom with a bunk bed (single beds) \* Spacious main bathroom equipped with toiletries and hairdryer \* Linen, towels, and essentials provided \* Super chilled living room with comfy couches in front of the fire \* Flat screen TV in the lounge room \* Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, gas cooktop and oven \* Laundry facilities including washing machine & iron provided in main bathroom \* Large bush property to explore and relax at with mown grass lawn surrounding the house \* Sweeping decks overlooking the Tomaga River \* BBQ on the deck Upon request, two additional children can be accommodated at the property on a fold out. Other things to note Ironbark House is one of two accommodation options at Tommghan Rest. As guests, you will have exclusive access to the grounds surrounding the House and the Boatshed, however there may be other guests on the 10ha property staying at The Cottage, which is located about 100 m away from the house and cannot be directly seen from the house. Tommaghan Rest is located in a quiet and peaceful area as a result if you want to make a lot of noise then Tommaghan Rest is \*not\* the place for you. No unreasonable noise and no noise after 10pm as there are other guests on the property and neighbours. No noise in the pool area (which is close to the cottage) from 8pm.
