"Overall it was ok the park & area was lovely we have realised we need an ramp for our dog as he found the caravan stairs a bit hard to get up as he is elderly and not so nimble on his feet but only caravans for dogs are the stair ones, the bar on site was not open until the last night of our holiday which I found a bit annoying but not enough to dampen our holiday spirtits"

Peebles Hydro Hotel
5/5 Excellent
Wonderful family stay after a busy day
"We enjoyed a nights stay after a busy day at the highland show, the pool, sauna and hot tub were an excellent way to relax after a busy day. An excellent well run hotel with attentive and helpful staff, breakfast was a well stocked and tasty buffet. Room was comfortable and tidy, perfect for a family stay. Would highly recommend the Peebles Hydro to anyone. "

"Very convenient O/N stop with a few food options at the services. Building looks a bit worn from the outside but inside room was clean and bed comfy. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. As an earlier review commented on the noise from the lorry park I was a bit concerned when I realised our room was the closest one to it. However, even though I’m a light sleeper there was no noise to be heard, so all good."
