The outdoor area boasts expansive decking, green pathways with a pond, stream, fruit trees and herbs. As you step inside the main house, you will be welcomed to an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge, with bi-folds opening to the deck.  
  
Featuring 2 bedrooms, you can look forward to a peaceful slumber. It has a master with an ensuite and the 2nd bedroom has a double and single. The family bathroom is equipped with a vanity, shower and spa bath. Internal stairs from laundry provide access to large garage underneath house. The main house is equipped with a heat pump and free standing wood fire for your comfort in any season.  
  
The sleepout features a combined living entertainment area with a King bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and hand basin. Two separate bedrooms have a bunk and a queen bed, plus a small alcove area with a single stretcher.  
  
Close to the water's edge, outdoor sports, and many more, Moetapu Magic is perfect for families or couples seeking tranquillity and adventure in the stunning Marlborough Sounds.
