Nestled within beautiful NZ native bush, this 1 bedroom cottage is a perfect couples retreat to relax, swim and listen to a soundtrack of native Tui's, Bellbird's and lapping waves. And all this peaceful seclusion with road access.   
  
You are immediately drawn to the picture perfect north facing 180' views of the Pelorus Sounds, and to top it off it comes complete with its own private beach and jetty. What more can you want.  
  
The home features two levels, on the ground floor you will find, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bunk room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, and a large north facing deck with 8 seater outdoor dining table and outdoor lounge furniture (fully fenced and suitable for children). Upstairs you have a games room where the young and young at heart will be occupied for hours with the ping pong and foozeball tables, board games, books and puzzles.  
  
No matter the kind of holiday you are looking for, this place has something for everyone.

Its just a short 2 min bush walk down to your very own private beach and jetty where you will find 2 double kayaks and a canoe so you can explore the sounds, there is a selection of life jackets in the boat shed for you.   
If walks are more your thing, there is a steep 3hr return, 8.5km hike up Mt Cawte if you want to check out the views, and a great spot to experience the sunrise, you will find the entrance right opposite our drive way. Or take a more leisurely stroll down the road to check out the neighborhood.   
  
If you are looking for total privacy, stunning views, native birdsong, great outdoor living, a spa, a bush path (with glow worms at night) leading to your very own private beach, a mooring and a private jetty - look no further.

The cost is $250 per night for the 1st 2 people then an additional $42pp per night + bookabatch fees

It’s my second time staying here. Absolutely love it, it’s a great place to get away and relax and lots of things to do. The house is great with everything you need and Narisa is a great to deal with. I did notice this time the house was not very clean, especially the bathroom. I found it disappointing especially if your paying someone to do that job between guests. Besides that couldn’t complain, thanks heaps

#### Slice of paradise in the Sounds

We had an awesome stay at Narisa’s bach. The place was well equipped with all we needed for a fantastic holiday. The place was comfortable and had the most beautiful views. The kids loved the games, spa and kayaks. Narisa was excellent to deal with, accommodating with all our requests and really helpful with info. We’d love to come back again.

#### Gorgeous views and responsive host

We chose the place for its views and how it appeared on line Narisa was open and responsive at all times for that we are grateful it would have been quite a different experience if it wasn't for that We agreed on a house keeper weekly and she came once which was disappointing apparently she was too busy that didn’t feel great especially as i paid for a full month and due to an accident prior to arriving was only able to stay for part of that time We ran out of fire wood too early in the dtay and the wall and plug in heaters were inadequate this is where Narisa did come throu friends of hers showed up and dropped some off but the initial response was use the heaters they didn’t work and it isn't the same as wood stove heating and the mornings were very cold The roaf access is extremely hairy and the climb via boat would for many be prohibitive with a long steep climb if you have a lot of luggage it's a great way to start an extreme workout program which thankfully i was im need of :) 😀 we loved the stay appreciated Narisas responsiveness but think the location is not for everyone unless you have a boat that would make a big difference

I read a previous review of this property where they went expecting the photos not to match the property and be slightly disappointed, OMG this place, I actually thought we were in the wrong house and had to get the troops together to confirm it was actually Narisa's place, stunning is an understatement, from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with views, views and more views, the amenities are top notch and catered well for the large group we had, the deck was our favorite hang out place, outdoor beer fridge is a wonderful touch, overall we enjoyed a fabulous 4 nights, understandably we were very sad to leave. Narisa's communication is outstanding, nothing was problem at all, rest assured we will all try to return in the future, thanks Narisa for letting us share your slice of paradise :)

#### Absolutely stunning in every way

I was careful about being too excited about this holiday home and that the photos would be better than reality - but I needn’t have worried at all. What an incredible place. The location, views, serenity, native birds, picturesque surroundings with all the extras. We lived kayaking the peaceful waters, the games room with amazing views, fishing off the jetty, jumping off the jetty, board games and relaxation. The perfect place to unwind for the week. Will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone. Thanks for sharing such a special place.
