« We have stayed in a lot of hotels, over the last 50 years. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. There has only been one other that we have given almost top marks to, but this one excelled. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. They went far and beyond, what you would normally expect. They were so helpful and answered every question we had, even to writing instructions, for the bus and trams. It really felt like a home from home, but...
