Bains de Lumière - Belle Maison Contemporaine
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Moëlan-sur-Mer to benefit from the Breton sea air, this charming luminous and air-conditioned house of a surface of 150 m ², being able to accomodate until 6 travellers! It is composed of a nice living room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and you can enjoy a beautiful garden with terrace. Wifi included. We are waiting for you!
The house is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops in the centre of the town.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- a 60 m² living room with TV, sofas, library, HiFi system and a dining area.
- an open kitchen equipped with: toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine with integrated grinder...
- Bedroom 1: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a dressing room and a bathroom and toilet.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- a second bathroom
- a separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
By reserving this house, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay
- a beautiful unenclosed garden of about 2000 m² with a terrace of 80 m² facing South and West without opposite and furniture including a plancha to enjoy the beautiful days.
- a private parking in front of the house for 3 vehicles.

House located in a quiet area, close to the beaches and 7 minutes by car from the centre where you will find all the necessary shops.

Activities
You can walk along the GR 34 coastal path that goes around Brittany, the proximity of the ocean will also give you the opportunity to practice various water sports. Discover also the famous village of painters of Pont-Aven.
Events: Lorient Interceltic Festival during the first half of August, Douarnenez Film Festival at the end of August.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the house.

- Nearest train station: Quimperlé station located 13.3 km away (17 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport 32.6 km (30 minutes by car).
