Lovely hotel

Wonderfully located older building with many original features, but modernised to a high standard. Comfortable clean room and good breakfast. Would definitely visit again.

Stylish hotel in beautiful location

Lovely old style hotel, we had a large room with a very comfortable bed, modern wood furniture, nice new bathroom with walk-in shower. the house has a beautiful park/garden on the shores of the lake. breakfast was brought to the table and not fantastic, as there were few guests it probably was not worth having the buffet but choice and quality could be better. other than that highly recommended hotel.

Sehr unfreundliche Ansprache. Wieso soll ich beim Einchecken entscheiden ob mein Zimmer gereinigt werden soll? Das Zimmer mit Seeblick, die teuerste Option, war klein und nur im Badezimmer funktionierte die Heizung. Ich hatte in der Vergangenheit bessere und günstigere Zimmer dort.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel, um den Weihnachtsmarkt in Soest zu besuchen. Die Lage des Hotels am Ufer des Möhnesees ist sehr schön. Insgesamt machte das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Was den guten Gesamteindruck etwas störte, waren die relativ kleinen Zimmer in der Dependance mit schmalen Betten. Positiv war die Möglichkeit zur Aufladung von elektrischen PKW.

Alles super und sauber. Aber nicht perfekt.

Sehr schönes Hotel und auch top Lage am See. Allein schon der Ausblick auf den See beim Frühstück ist super. Das Zimmer und die Matratzen sind sehr komfortabel. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet eine ordentliche Auswahl. Negativ ist anzumerken das der Eigner satte 70 ct/KWh für eine 11KW AC Ladestetion möchte. Das ist definitiv viel zu viel im Vergleich zu HPC Chargern. Für die aktuell Sommerlichen (August) Temperaturen wäre auch min. ein Ventilator im Zimmer, besser eine Klimaanlage angebracht.

Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit könnte man etwas verbessern. Auf der Toilette als auch im Bett befanden sich Haare. Sicherlich von der Reinigungskraft jedoch muss darauf geachtet werden. Für ein Viersternehotel nicht optimal.

Lieblose Inneneinrichtung

Leider ist die Eleganz auf das Äussere des Hauses beschränkt. Ein schmuckloses und lieblos eingerichtetes Zimmer im Nebengebaeude, weisse Rauhfasertapete, ein Zugangsflur wie im Motel. Fruehstueck ebenfalls unterdurchschnittlich. Das Personal war freundlich, aber eine vier Sterne Unterkunft ist dies nicht.

Minimalistisches, ausreichendes Frühstück. Funktionierendes WiFi gibt es nicht. Nur in der Nähe der Rezeption hat das WLAN ab und zu funktioniert. Der Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotet ist mit Kopfsteinpflaster versehen und wurde nicht gestreut. Das war gefährlich. Insgesamt machte es einen mittelmäßig/guten Eindruck. Ich würde hier wieder hinkommen. Es ist aber m.E. nicht vier Sterne Kategorie.

Für uns hat alles gestimmt. Service war exellent, das von mir vorher ausgesuchte Essen war köstlich.Die Zimmer sind schön jedoch nicht sehr groß den Preis dafür finde ich leicht überzogen. Alles andere kann man nur empfehlen!!!
