The sandy bay is surrounded by beautiful dunes and the sandy beach gently sloping into the sea invites you to a wonderful bathing pleasure for young and old. The center of Marina di Modica with restaurants, bars u. 'Gelaterias' can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The detached bungalow in the park is surrounded by blooming oleander bushes, lemon, orange and fig trees as well as beautiful large and small palm trees. The house is simply furnished and functional and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living-dining area with kitchen, shower and toilet, a small TV with many German and international programs, air conditioning and an Internet connection (for a fee). Outside there is a covered terrace. Children will have fun playing, a brand new playground and a table tennis table. The car can be parked directly next to the park on a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac or a private parking lot in the garden (outside). MARINA DI MODICA Marina di Modica is located directly on the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, on the southern tip of Sicily, far away from tourist strongholds.
