Next time don't leave the light on for me
This is a very unsafe motel! I am just terribly frustrated from beginning to end. I brought my husband to this hotel for some much needed stress reduction since he had just suffered a stroke. When we first got there we only had one bath towel and 2 hand towels and one washcloth which were pretty stained up the room was in terrible condition we heard yelling and doors slamming and people standing by my car smoking people were flooring the gas pedal when they go over the speed bumps and had very loud music ALLLL NIGHT LONG. Homeless people obviously selling drugs and and God knows what else. My husband ended up having his blood pressure go up higher than it's been in a long time due to everything going on all night long. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but I called hotels.com in the morning and asked if we could change the reservation from that hotel to a safer cleaner one and they told me they would let us switch after I told her what was going on. It was 1030 am and check out was at 11, my husband had not taken his medication or checking his vitals etc. He doesn't move fast right now so I called the front desk and asked for more time and they said I only had until 11:15 or they would charge me another day. I called hotels.com and told them the situation we were dealing with so they called the motel and got it extended to 12pm....this was on Sunday...today is Weds and they still have not credited my account. This motel is HORRIBLE!

We left after only 10 minutes in the room. No water pressure. Air conditioner didn’t work. The room smelled like mold and they moved drug addicts across from us.

Need elevator. Rooms have a lot of wear and tear. Hope indoor pool open next month when I plan on staying again. Great location near restaurants. Great customer and room service!! And prices excellent. Thx!!

Well easy check in priced well and nice room with microwave and mini fridge but our AC didn’t seem to work right and on Saturday night it was so loud outside our room by the parking lot and the people in the room next to us were fighting really loud and slamming doors most the night then on the other side someone was puking all night, I know they can’t control the hotel guest like that but when people are partying out in the back parking lot they should kick them out especially if they aren’t guest of the hotel but beside that everything was fine!

I am pretty easy to please. All I ask is safe, clean, and hot water. This place has not one. On check in the first room was located Next to a family with small children, all I could hear was screaming kids. Walls are paper thin. Asked to change rooms. Which they did. Next room BED BUGS we discovered them at midnight. Had no choice but to move back to the first room. Where we didn’t speak in fear of waking a small child in the next room. Remember paper thin walls. Did not sleep at all in fear of getting bitten by bugs. In the morning went to shower. NO HOT WATER, no water pressure. This may be the worst place I have ever stayed. I had to quarantine my luggage before taking it home. Management offered NOTHING. This wasn’t a cheap room. Save yourself the trouble and go to a motel 6 It’s probably cleaner.

We are sorry to hear of your experience at our hotel and that the management staff was unable to accommodate you in any way as far as a refund due to booking on a 3rd party site instead of directly with the hotel. Your review will be passed on to the head of maintenance as well as housekeeping so that preventative measures can be taken and improvements can be made for future guests.

I very much enjoyed my stay I was there 5 days. The staff very helpful and friendly it was nice to be around such genuinely kind people. I enjoyed the bar/restaurant it was nice and friendly atmosphere and lots of good food. The spa was spacious warm and somewhat private. The swimming pool indoors was very nice also. They have a very nice exercise room with plenty of equipment. Good morning breakfast was very good Only problem is you have to eat indoors you can't take it back to the room but that was all right also. I enjoyed it so much that I've already booked another stay for the end of May 2020. I highly recommend the Clarion in Modesto if you want to enjoy yourself

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. Our room was very clean, the breakfast buffet had nice choices and the staff was very nice. A few suggestions would be to add a fan in the bathroom as it gets very hot in there after a shower, and to add a magnified mirror on the wall in the bathroom to allow older women the opportunity to see better to put their makeup on.

no bathroom vent, the hallway showed water damage in the ceiling, the breakfast was nice self serve. the place needs some real TLC and good craftmanship with the closets doors overlapping in one room and no doors in another.

Quiet older gem
The place needs a remodel but has cute potential love the indoor pool and spa the hotel is older and could use a paint and upgrading. Quiet in the room and great walking distance to shops and eats

We had 18 friends & family meet up here for a fun night! We could literally walk to everything! In-Out-Buger was near the parking lot! Walked to a nightclub around the corner, enjoyed the huge hot tub/pool and drinks at the bar! They had a DJ playing that night too(Saturday night)! The rooms all had mini fridges & microwaves! We will definitely be back💓

However we did have a nice stay but with some concerns. There were no towels in our room and I make a habit to view beds for bed bugs ( from previous bad experiences ). There was skeleton bed bugs in mattress and not only that mattress was no clean at all. Just a a suggestion, isn't best to have all mattresses covered to prevent this? Otherwise, we did enjoy or stay.
