Located in the heart of downtown Spokane, this modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you're just a 5-minute walk from local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and the Convention Center. The apartment features a king bed and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families or groups.  
  
The space  
This well-appointed apartment includes a spacious living area with high windows, allowing for plenty of natural light during the day, and darkening blinds to ensure privacy and a restful night's sleep. Modern appliances, such as a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer, provide all the comforts of home. The fully stocked coffee bar in the kitchen makes it easy to enjoy your morning routine. For additional relaxation, guests have access to a 24-hour gym and a second-floor lounge with an outdoor patio, featuring seating, an electric fireplace, and a grill perfect for entertaining.

Superhog Verification  
To ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests, we require a brief background check through Superhog. You can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit (+$15 transaction fee) or a $35 non-refundable waiver before receiving check-in instructions. Rest assured, your information will be securely erased after your stay, and the process is simple and quick.

We're pleased to inform you that we have recently installed a new smoke and noise alarm from Minut, a company specifically designed for guest safety and comfort.
