The sleeping area includes a large double bedroom with a new and comfortable mattress, walnut drawers for storing personal belongings, and then a second more intimate room, ideal to accommodate one or two children of any age.

The bright living room with dining area offers a convivial space that opens onto a large terrace, furnished with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing moments outdoors.

The two bathrooms are served by a new ecological boiler: the first has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing bath or to pamper the little ones, while the second is equipped with a practical shower and a washing machine. Clothes rack and iron are available to guests for a look always flawless.

The kitchen, spacious and with access to the balcony, is fully equipped: equipped with utensils, tablecloths, moka and all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

To access the accommodation, you must download a specific application. Make sure you have an active internet connection to be able to open the main door via the app. The entrance door to the apartment will open using a code that will be provided at check-in.

The apartment is strategically located between the city center and the exhibition center, it’s perfect for both business travelers and those looking for a holiday of comfort and practicality.

The centre is easily reached by the convenient bus number 11 or by bicycle, taking advantage of the many cycle paths in Modena. The Modena Nord toll booth is only ten minutes away by car and there are two free parking spaces around the apartment.

The area offers many services: bars (also for celiac) and restaurants under house, wine shops, beauty centers and supermarkets nearby. A short walk will take you to the famous ice cream parlor 'Gelatiamo' and the magnificent Amendola Park.
