Mono Livi 35 is a studio flat in the historic center, 2 minutes walk from the Modena Cathedral and the Storchi Theater. Third floor without lift, separate kitchen and bathroom. Wifi included.  
  
Please note that this accommodation is a tourist apartment and not a bed and breakfast, so breakfast and associated services are not present.

Delightful studio flat in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Duomo and about two kilometers from the central train station.  
  
On the third floor without lift, we find TV, WiFi, sleeping area and living area with dining table. Equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower/tub
