Had everything except a dishwasher, but for the price it was really good. Lots of little extras. I especially like that there was good lighting for working, and two clothes airers for winter clothes drying. Nice grounds. There were a few minor things that need repair, but did not worry me. Only thing, which I am sure was just a housekeeping oversight, was there was only one toilet roll for my 5 night stay. ##### Eileen Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Rebecca Sep 27, 2022 Disliked: Amenities Property was neat and tidy, but in need of some maintenance on doors and locks. Shower a little old and dirty looking and needing to be updated. Cooking facilities are in need of an update, but working. WiFi was unusable but overall the property was comfortable, mostly clean and very tidy. ##### Rebecca Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2022 ### 8/10 Good #### Bruce Oct 23, 2022 Unfortunately we were unable to stay at Moama due to the floods, we were actually packed and ready to go, but decided it was too unsafe at the last minute. Terry was extremely accommodating and empathetic. Dispute the last minute cancellation, wecwere anle to get a refund. Due to this, we would certainly book back at the Moama Villas next time we decide to go to Echuca, hopefully there will be no floods. I hope everyone was able to stay safe and dry.
