Located just 5 minutes walk from the Beach and Diveshops.

Luxurious room with swimming pool in Moalboal standard 2 persons, extra bed on request and extra charge possible! Size 30 square meters  
  
We offer you just a super nice, large, clean room with air conditioning located 5 min. from the beach, bathroom and a small veranda in front of the swimming pool.  
  
Surrounded by the whole of many tropical plants and our numerous tame parrots.

Diving / snorkeling at our Beach with over 20 dive sites, diving / snorkeling in Pescador Iseland, whale shark diving / snorkeling in Oslob, Pilapia fishing in Barily, Kawasan Waterfalls, withe Beach (large snow-white sand beach), golf course, various excursions volcanoes, hiking, rivers, canoeing, boat trips, archery  
  
Other things to note  
  
In primarily guests come to us for diving, snorkelling adventure.  
Visitors are just looking for a simple "sun loungers on beach" holiday are wrong in Moalboal and looking better to another place in the Philippines.  
  
Children are welcome, the apartment has basically a double bed, but we have additional beds for one Adult, or 2 children.

2 Motorbikes (125 and 200 ccm) available for rent.  
Charcoal and BBQ for free  
  
There are 6 rooms to disposal, with air conditioning, TV, porch, or even with double bed, 2 single bed, or even a bed.
