Modern home located just outside of town with all the amenities to park cars, trailers, toys and RV. Amazing views of the La Sal Mountains. Fast trail and lake access. Hot tub and private patio to host big groups. Full hook-ups for an RV or camper on the property that are available for guests to use for an addition fee of $75 per night. Please inquire if you\`d like to use the hook-ups. Inside is newly remodeled and with new furnishings. The inside of this home is full of natural light, all new furnishings, cable TV and wifi. It is professionally cleaned and well stocked with extra bath and kitchen supplies. It has plenty of extra clean cozy blankets, and pillows. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 1 King with ensuite shower, 2 Queens with a shared shower-bath, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen with all appliances. Heating and air conditioning. Enter by code. Guest has access to the whole house and yard area. There is a storage shed in the far back of the property that is not accessible to guests. We are available by phone, text, and message for anything you may need during your stay. Located 6.5 miles outside of downtown. Quiet neighborhood and large lot with tons of parking. Killer views of the red rock cliffs and only 5 minutes from the near by trailheads. Ken\`s Lake is also just a 5 minute drive South. 20 minutes from Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park 30 minutes away. Just a 6.5 mile drive South of downtown Moab. You can rent a Jeep at our adventure partners Canyonland Jeep or use local transportation company Moab Express. This property is built for recreational enthusiasts in mind, however there is no garage. Due to the nature of this residential neighborhood the quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. No smoking, parties or open flames(including candles) allowed in home. Report any damages immediately. Guest must sign our rental agreement prior to receiving check in info and entering the property. The pros are that you get a large property which is great for a trailer and side by side. The jacuzzi was great and the guy showed up during our stay to clean it which was nice. The washer and dryer is a great for washing things that get dirty while in the outdoors. The cable channels were excellent, the beds were comfortable and it is very peaceful. The cons is the location is far from town therefore you have to drive into town in order to get to restaurant. You would wear down your tires on a side by side, so we had to unhook our trailer and go into town by truck. The house does need a deep clean, the bathrooms did have hair and things in the corners and the toilet in guest room still had urine on it. The master bathroom does smell like septic after taking a shower to the point I would shut the restroom door and open the window. You can expect this because of location and being so remote, I am sure that is an easy fix. I will be staying here again. This place is adorable and feels very warm inside. ##### Heather C. We came from PA for a week of off-roading and adventures. We came into town late at night and couldn’t see much of anything, however we woke up to stunning views. The front of the house faces the La sal mountains that were freshly snow covered during our visit. The back yard faces the skyline of the sandstone hills of Moab. The house had everything we needed for our trip and was a great place to relax and recover between adventures. The hot tub was one of our biggest highlights and was very clean. Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Ely C. 26 nov. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful place We have stayed in a few vrbo's and most of them don't come stocked well enough this place had plenty of towels access to a washer and dryer. Plenty of toiletries. It was very clean and set up just like any very nice hotel. The property manager was very quick to respond and very great to work with. The area doesn't have a lot of traffic so that is nice. Tons of space to park trailers when you bring your side by sides or ATVs or Jeeps. We plan to stay here again when we make a trip down to Moab. ##### Ely C.
