Downtown Moab, with its abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, is only six miles northwest. But the real attraction of the area is the wide variety of natural parks and hiking/biking trails, many within a 35-mile drive. From Arches (11 miles northwest) and Canyonlands National Parks (35 miles west) to Dead Horse Point State Park (34 miles west), you'll find no shortage of stunning natural beauty to admire and explore with your friends and loved ones.

Relaxing and convenient

Had a wonderful time in Moab. The home was comfortable and relaxing. It was well equipped, clean, and quiet. We did not have any issues during our stay. If the opportunity presents itself, I’ll do it again.

Quiet, spacious and comfortable town home. Beds were comfortable and was well stocked with extra linens, blankets and kitchen basics. Only problem is the place has a nasty order you notice most when coming in from being away. It wasn't a deal breaker but something the ownership should investigate. It would be nice if they included foil, a dish drainer or drying mat, Kleenex, and usable pot holders. Such nit picky things but you notice their absence. Also, the BBQ doesn't work. That made the first nights cooking challenging as we tried to figure out how to cook our brats at the last minute. We would definitely rent again in this community.

Great place to stay

This condo is amazing! Loved the location south of the downtown hub. Quick drive into town and to the parks. Very quiet, very dark neighborhood. Semi-obstructed view but still great sunrise view. Hot tub was nice and not too far away from the unit. Inside the condo was clean and decorated well. Plenty of rooms, linens, towels, etc. Water was hot in showers. TVs all worked with abilities to sign into subscription apps. Loved the games and dvd selection. A few annoyances, however. First, initially we were not given the garage key pad code. Once we were given the code, it didn’t work. We were still able to get in and out of the garage, however, but wished we had the clicker or a good code. Second, unit needs a new coffee maker. The coffee maker in the unit overflowed several times from the brew basket while brewing and the carafe itself would leak when pouring. Lastly, there were not any tissues in unit or extra trashbags for the under the kitchen sink trash can that we could find. Overall this is a great unit with very little issues. Highly recommend!

Great Spot

Great little condo close to 2 counties and all of the fun to be had in Moab. Our only bump was trying to get into the condo initially due to some confusion over the lockbox vs the door keypad. The property manager got on the phone with us and was VERY pleasant and super helpful. After that, it was smooth sailing!! Great place! We would definitely come again!

Great resting place for an active Moab vacation

This is a great choice for a family or group looking for comfortable, clean and relaxing facilities while in Moab. The complex is several miles south of Moab proper but it is a very short and easy drive to downtown Moab. The scenery surrounding the complex is beautiful as well.

Great property

Great experience overall, clean, updated, good location. A couple of things to improve. I had a couple of questions prior to arrival and it was básica impossible to get someone on the phone. I finally got a hold of someone by text, but I was not what I am used to. Also, one suggestion. The place has a nice 2 car garage, however, without a clicker/remote is inconvenient to use as the front door is not close to the garage door. A 30-50 dollar remote doesn’t seem that difficult to get and if a guest losses it, the.n it can be charged to that guest with a replacement fee added . I would bet that most people would not lose it and it would improve the experience.
