It was newly built or remodeled, with three apartments sharing a single house. We did not hear much noise from the neighbors on either side of us. The interior spaces were large and comfortable - very nice bathroom, bedroom and living room. The kitchenette was a bit sparse - only a microwave for cooking. We would really have liked a cooktop for an egg, etc. Also, the table only fits two, which made meals in for a family of 3 a challenge. There was a nice patio with a larger table outside. The location was perfect, just steps away from the heart of Moab, with many restaurants and food trucks to choose from. The private parking was also nice.
