The place was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was so nice after each day of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the outdoor seating for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. Having a washer and dryer was a plus too so we could wash our sweaty hiking clothes!! Super clean (and with a 200 cleaning fee it should be!), comfortable beds, wonderful decks with nice deck furniture, well stocked kitchen. We have 3 kids ages 15, 13, and 13 and we had plenty of space. We loved the outdoor space and enjoyed evenings sitting on the patio. More than big enough for a family of four, there was plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved the badminton court on the side of the house and the hot tub was great after long days of hiking at Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse.
