Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Moab adventure weekend

Kitchen well stocked with the exception of salt, a working ice maker, and a corkscrew. It would be nice to have at least a starter pack of coffee. Upstairs larger bedroom had a part of the bed frame broken so we had to change bedrooms. Not fans of the very soft mattresses. Shower/tub floor upstairs very squeaky! Master bath had one nonworking light. Fireplace would light and then go out and stop working

Quiet and price effective Moab stay

Great place. It was close enough to get to Moab, but far enough where it didn't break the bank. House was as described. Property does have some wear, but nothing that impacted our stay. Living room and kitchen were smaller than excepted, but it was prefect and had everything we needed. Would stay there again!

Disappointing

The code they gave us when we signed up did not work. We called and got a second code. It didn't work either. The next day we learned that the lock had not been installed. He came that afternoon and installed the lock and we were able to enter with the code we were 1st provided . The Condo is very small and was inadequate for our needs.

Nice place

Property was as advertised. No surprises. However, there were issues trying to get the TV working in the living room. The TV's in the bedrooms would only show one channel. Also, the internet worked randomly or not at all. The house manual indicated that the internet could have problems and what some trouble shooting options there would be to help correct the issues.

Great location and well represented

Overall this is a good place to stay for viewing the national parks which was our plan. The place is big enough for a family of 4 comfortably and the pictures are well representative of the accommodation. The unit could use some updating for the price you pay like toilets, faucets, and kitchen utensils and knives as they are quite old. There are a few issues that need addressing that are superficial the house in general was very clean with the exception of the dishes and pots and pans - many were not clean and the frying pan was filthy. Nothing that couldn't be cleaned though. The lights on the stove do not work and in general the lighting is not adequate. I don't think Moab get's a lot of rain but when it does there is a drain above the master bedroom that makes a terrible noise that makes it hard to sleep and should be looked into. Also the heat in the master bedroom hardly works while the upstairs is very hot - may need a HVAC specialist to look at the airflow. If these issues were fixed it would be a great place. That being said the beds were comfy and as we cook our meals the amenities were good for this! I would recommend the unit for people interested in seeing the park but it is time to update the unit. A quiet neighborhood

Everything was ready for us when we got there. Easy to find. Pictures are accurate. Manager checked with us to see how we were doing; there were no issues. Would recommend for family of four. Good stay.

Perfect Moab Stay

This rental was perfect for our group of six adults. The location is quiet and convenient to biking and hiking in Moab. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and extra blankets for our comfort. Everything worked as expected and we had a fabulous time.

We have stayed here many times. The property was clean, but both upstairs rooms need some maintenance to doors and switches. We appreciated the BBQ grill being clean and full propane. The street parking is great for us.

Great place for our Moab UT vacation

Property is well maintained and is accurately described in the listing. We were looking for a place with working kitchen/space for our hiking trip to Arches/Canyonlands and this fit the bill. Location worked well - might be a bit further outside of Moab than what we expected but the gas station at the entrance was very convenient (esp. going to the Canyonlands/south entrance). Does need a new sofa/chair - these are well worn. Dishwasher also has some issues - bottom rack kept falling off the track and the door lock mechanism was hard to engage. Recommend that the cleaning staff also leave more than 2 dishwasher pods - we were hand washing to save the last pod for when we left. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if/when we are back in the area.

This property wasn't really on the golf course, however, it was nearby. Good place to stay if you're hiking the national parks. Stocked w/ the utensils, etc. that you need for cooking. Interior was a little dated but it was very clean. I would come back again.

Boys Bike Trip

The unit itself Was as described. The cleanliness was not good. We needed to use the sofa sleeper. Upon opening it up, we found dirty sheets and food crumbs like it had never been looked at by the cleaning service. There was enough laundry detergent for one load. Barely enough dishwashing detergent for 2 loads, no sponge, inadequate bath soap. The kitchen sink backed up and we had to fix it by removing the trap. In cleaning the mess it made on the kitchen floor, It became clear that floor had not been cleaned properly in some time. When we arrived early in 100 degree heat and requested an early check in, vacasa responded to me immediately that we could not. They said, if I needed anything, to just let them know. Later , when I reached out for more laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, I never heard back. Interesting The place was dirty and under stocked for the basic functional needs of a home away from home.

Great location with everything you need

Great location close to the national parks. The neighborhood is a protected dark space with great star viewing. Complex is quiet and the space has pretty much everything you need in terms of kitchen gear. Master bed was comfy and there closet was completely empty which was nice for storage purposes. Also had access to the garage which was nice. Didn’t use the upstairs at all since it was just the two of us, but it looked cute and cozy. I could see the downstairs living room and kitchen maybe getting a little cramped if you maxed out the guest capacity, but I would that let that deter you. Super responsive management company, too. We liked it so much we opted to stay an extra night and woukd stay here again for sure.
