The location is perfect for easy bike road/walk/drive into the main town area, and it was very convenient to get everywhere.The house was super clean and had absolutely everything we needed plus some. The beds were really nice and the layout of the house was really well suited for a family. I would definitely stay there again or recommend it to anyone coming for a visit. ##### Anna D. This condo was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It was stocked with everything you needed! We had bikes to use, games, books and each bathroom had shampoo and condition and body wash. THIS place was the best we’ve stayed at this far. Nicely appointed kitchen with lots of everything to cook anything you’d want. Good knives. Tons of nice dishes and glass wear and silverware for larger groups. Very nice ping pong setup. Bikes are newer and well-maintained. EV charger hanging up in garage. Mounted bike maintenance stands. This was the perfect getaway for our in-laws and our family with tons of space. If you need to cook or play games, we played ping-pong they also included cornhole. We rode the bikes. Will definitely do this trip again and stay here again. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook and prepare food even barbecue we used the barbecue every every night. Our group had six adults and we were very comfortable. The management team was very responsive and we had no issues or problems (although you want to watch the front door step - it is a little higher than normal). It was spacious and the very clean. It had all of the amenities you could ask for (e.g., lots of kitchen appliances and both a Kurig and a regular coffee maker.) There were even bikes (with helmets) in the garage. As an end unit, it was private and quiet, which was perfect for our ladies trip. We found the beds and furniture comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and prep, and the amenities were ample and high quality. Families would find the property welcoming as well, with games, a good jogging stroller and high chair available. The property is 15 minutes from Arches and walkable to/from downtown. We found the pool and hot tub to be a nice wind-down after long days of hiking and ATV’ing. The property is managed by a third party agency which requires a separate rental agreement and damage deposit; I thought that could have been more clearly stated in the listing. That said, the agency did a great job of making the check in and check out process really seamless and made sure to check on our comfort and needs during the process. Would recommend this set of properties for a repeat stay. ##### Abiah L.
