### Moosewood Cottage - Hot Tub, Downtown, Dog Friendly

Charming, spacious and comfortable. Moosewood Cottage offers 1400 square feet of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. With a full-size, yet cozy kitchen, 2 full sized bathrooms, and large living room dining room space   
  
This cottage is perfect for your family or a group of your closest friends.  
  
Our cottages share a courtyard, including a beautiful garden, communal patio with a large BBQ grill, plus a 6 person Hot Tub. Centrally located in downtown Moab.  
  
Charming, spacious and comfortable. Moosewood Cottage offers 1400 square feet of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. With a full-size, yet cozy kitchen and living room.

Our four cottages share a courtyard, including a beautiful garden, communal patio, and BBQ. Centrally located in downtown Moab.   
  
Please note that although we are pet friendly if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $30 per pet fee applied to your stay. Please be sure to let us know even if it’s a service animal.   
  
We allow 2 dogs in Moosewood Cottage. Our pet fee is $30 per pet. In your cottage you will find a \`Pet Package\` containing a towel, waste bags and a pet sheet to take care of your four legged guests. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Pet Policy before booking one of our pet friendly cottages:  
  
I have read and agreed to the following Pet Policy for cottages at 3 Dogs & a Moose and I promise that:  
  
\-My pet is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.  
  
\-My pet is free of ticks and fleas.  
  
\-My pet will be with me under my care at all times. (Alternatively, my pet is crate trained and will be in crate if left unattended in unit.)  
  
\-My pet will be on a leash and under my control when outside.  
  
\-I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste.  
  
\-I will keep my pet off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.  
  
\-I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay.  
  
Looking for a pet sitter or someone to take your pets on an outing while you are at the Parks or other activities?

Moosewood Cottage is one of four cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages. It is a stand alone cottage with a private entrance. It has a private patio area and a BBQ located on a communal patio.

Moab is such a special place, and we work hard to make sure that the experience will not stop with your surroundings.  
  
Moosewood is located on an artsy off-beat street in the middle of town. While you can walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street, you also feel like you are in a secluded nook! At the end of the street is located our community space where we host yoga, silent discos, music jams, voice circles and special workshops. Moosewood has 3 dedicated free parking spaces right in front of the cottage. You can walk to Main Street located only a block and a half away.  
  
\*Moosewood Cottage has an evaporative cooler as well as portable fans. This type is Air conditioning is ideal for arid climates. We do Not have a conventional central air conditioner, however, both Queen rooms have a window A/C unit.   
  
Sleeps 6 people maximum.  
  
\*\*\*Pet Policy\*\*\*  
  
We allow one small dog (25 lbs and under) in Bogie\`s Bungalow, and one to two small dogs in French Quarter and Moosewood. Our pet fee is $30 per pet, and we will leave an envelope in your cottage for the fee. In your cottage you will find a \`Pet Package\` containing a towel, waste bags and pet sheet to care for your four legged guests. Another amazing stay for friends &/or family at this lovely Moab oasis! Our cottage was just perfect and so comfortable inside & out with gorgeous grounds and a hot tub as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back!

We could not have asked for a more ideal place for our small group of friends to stay before and after our Moab River trip! The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful and the cottage and grounds were so lovely, comfortable, & within walking distance to downtown Moab restaurants etc. No need to look further, any of these lovely cabins will be ideal for your Moab stay! 10/10 for sure!

We stayed from a quick weekend, house was clean and as advertised. Owners communicated with me throughout the day so I knew we were ready to go as soon as we arrived to town. Location is great, close to Arches and restaurants/shopping close by. Even comes with a little neighborhood cat that greeted us every morning.

#### Summer trip

This is a lovely little property. Beautiful gardens. Nice outdoor amenities. The cottage fit 5 of us easily, was super clean, and a wonderful retreat to return to after exploring National Parks and hitting the Jeep trails. I adjusted the length of our stay twice about two months prior to the stay as we where finalizing the planning of a multi state trip with 5 National Parks and 6 days of off-roading. The staff was awesome and accommodating. I can highly recommend this property and the host.

House was nice and clean, gardens were lovely. We all enjoyed being on the patio. Nothing you can do about it, but the 1/2 block drive to the house was saddly full of potholes. A warning sign would be nice.However, access to town was a winner! We walked to every meal and shopping!

#### Wonderful spacious home, great location

Very spacious 3 bedroom home with open layout living and dining area. The outdoor space is very nice with a beautiful garden and outdoor table. The location is perfect with an easy walk to many of the best restaurants in Moab.

#### Moosewood Moab

The home and compound were exactly as advertised. The staff went over and above ALL expectations. Even coming by to unlock something for us on Christmas Eve!! This is a great location, walk to downtown, house was completely stocked and ready. Kitchen was great. Grill area was awesome. Overall a great place to stay. I cannot say enough good things. We come to Moab at least twice a year and the 3 Dogs and A moose will be our base camp from now on.

Nice cottage home in a decent location. All necessary amenities were provided. We enjoyed being able to walk to downtown for almost everything we needed. This complex of cottage homes attracted a very nice group of people. Much enjoyed!

#### Cute Cottage in Moab

My friends and I stayed at Moosewood Cottage in Moab when we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The cottage is small, but cozy and clean. It has everything we needed for an overnight stay. Friendly host as well. There were 5 of us and it was perfect as it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very close to the center of town where restaurants are. I highly recommend it.

#### Close to Everything

This quaint cottage is within walking distance of downtown Moab. Every evening when we got back to our cottage at the end of our day exploring the surrounding area…we parked our car and walked to restaurants which were within just a few blocks. The cottage had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. One evening, we went to the local grocery store and bought pizzas and salad makings and ate on the lovely patio area under the umbrella. Should we come back to the area…we would definitely stay there again.

#### Majestic Moab

Our trip to Moab was magnificent ! Our family had the most adventurous time in Moab! Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! Moab has the most beautiful sky at night! The stars were incredible! Also, the hiking was spectacular! Moosewood cottage was perfect for our family. We have one child, and three teenagers. The kitchen was adorable and fully stocked with everything we needed! The big couch in the living room was nice and cozy and fun to watch family movies on. The outdoor patio and garden was really beautiful as well, very cozy and shaded. This would cottages also, conveniently located an easy walk to Main Street. We hope to return again sometime in the near future!

Charming cottage. Moab was in the middle of a heat wave!! Owner did absolutely everything in her power to make us as comfortable as possible. Very responsive and answered any texts in short order. Location allowed us to walk every where Would definitely stay again

#### Very Cute!

The house was clean, everything in it was good quality and well kept. We went in January so it was cold at night but there were plenty of blankets. Once I found the thermostat (which was more my fault for not looking well) we were able to keep the house very comfortable! It would have been nice to have a little blurb about the heat in the house as there was one central thermostat, baseboard heat in the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms and another thermostat in another bathroom. But we figured it out after a little bit! Also, the cookware was good to use, I appreciated having lots of different options as we ended up cooking most of our meals (it seems like most of Moab was closed for the season, should have thought about that!). LOVED the huge sink, made doing the dishes easy. The bigger shower was really cool as well! The property is located down a road that at first didn’t seem like a real road but it was nice to be kind of tucked away but still so close to the main drag. We brought our dog who appreciated the somewhat quieter area but still close to a nice walking paths to get her tired out. The couch was extremely comfortable and deserves a special shout out. Also the yard area was super cute and the hot tub would have been great to use if we had had any energy to go use it! All in all a great place to stay in Moab! Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again when everything around is open for the season! Another special shout out to Milt’s Stop & Eat! Great hamburger spot that was open, good quality food and really nice people!
