Communication on how to get into the condo were easy and timely. We were thrilled as we entered into the condo to find it even better than advertised. Spacious, well-appointed, and ready for guests. The master bedroom was huge. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the availability to park our small car in the garage. Location, location, location. It's located just on the outskirts of downtown Moab which was such a fun town. It had many amazing restaurants that had a little bit to offer all. The view over the back patio was breathtaking! Very quiet location even though it's in a complex. The home was very clean. Beds were all made with new sheets and there were plenty of towels for all. When it was built, the owners made smart choices. For example, they chose tile in common areas and two sinks in the master bathroom. They bought quality furniture and decorated in a southwestern theme. We really enjoyed spending time here. It would be great if the owners could update the frying pans and baking pans.
