Located in quiet, residential Rim Village, the house is six miles to the southeast of Moab. Beat the heat in the Colorado River, or book a rafting trip. Advanced and beginner equestrians alike may book a customized horseback riding tour with Hauer Ranch, which is a great way to enjoy the lovely desert scenery. Bring along a camera to capture the beauty of the park's signature arches, like the enormous Delicate Arch and the thinner Landscape Arch. If that's a bit more activity than you're looking for, just kick back with some fishing, followed by kayaking or a picnic.

Be prepared for very high fees

We stayed in beautiful Moab for a week in early June. We chose this property for its proximity to Arches NP, and because it has a pool. The property was fine, very typical for vacation rentals we’ve stayed at (we use vacation rentals several times a year). If you’re looking for a place with many TVs, you’ll be happy here, there’s one in every bedroom plus one in the living room. There’s a grill, a washer and dryer, etc. However, this property is managed by a third-party property management company, and so the fees were MUCH higher than what we have paid in the past. The fees came to 78% of the actual room cost (so the fees nearly doubled our total cost). I’ve never seen that in any vacation rental before. Other than the really high fees, this was a nice place.

Mostly good except access at beginning

We received via email a 10 digit access code for the rental. We arrived late in the day and were anxious to get into the rental. The access code did not work. After 15 minutes of attempts, we called Vacasa and the person told us to keep trying the code as it was correct. We said we tried it many times without success. He had us try a code for the lockbox near the entry. It did not work. He said he would create a ticket and get back to us. He did not call back and after another 15 minutes and called Vacasa again. A different person answered and we repeated the same procedure without success. She created a ticket and called us back within a reasonable wait. We pleaded to have someone come out to open the door. She agreed and a local person came out 15 minutes later. He tried the 10 code without success. Then he looked up a four digit code that worked and we finally were able to access the unit. He also gave us a four digit code to access the key to the lock. No trouble with access after that. The unit was in good shape. The furniture in the living room could use an upgrade. Beds were very comfortable.

Great property

Overall we loved this rental- great location just outside of town, close to the community pool, plenty of space for our group. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, some travel toiletries- we did run out of trash bags and paper towels and had to purchase more, no big deal. The two main bedrooms had comfortable beds- our biggest complaint is that the mattresses on the bunk beds are pretty awful and the bunkbed frame is very wobbly. The family staying in that room did not sleep well. Patio chair cushions are tattered and need replaced, though they served their purpose and we sat outside in the evenings (the patio does get some evening shade). Overall we were very happy with the property and would stay here again.

Nice property with great views and easy location.

The property was a great size with a good layout. It was well appointed and the kitchen was VERY well equipped. Everything was comfortable and they even labeled some of the switches, etc. to make figuring things out easy. The views were as good as the pictures imply. The location was convenient to the "sights" of the area. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was with Vacasa communications prior to arrival. I sent an email and it was almost 2 weeks later before I got a reply. That said... the communications just prior to arrival, codes, instructions, etc. were good and complete.

We had a fantastic trip in Moab and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy our time down there. It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and in a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location in Rim village

We’ve stayed in several units in Rim village and this location is the best. Far enough away from the highway so noise isn’t a factor and situated with great views of the LaSal mtns and the Moab rim. Minor drawbacks: no garage code (had to open from inside) no Kleenex, no coffee.

Great place. We would stay again if we go to Moab. About 8 minutes from “city center Moab” and about 15 minutes from Arches. There were 6 of us and it was very comfortable.

Exploring Moab

We loved the location on the outskirts of town with a view of snowy mtns to the east & red rocks to the west. In between exploring both Nat. Parks & hiking we loved eating out on the patio & visiting in the sun. The pool & hot tub were great! Kitchen was very well stocked, incl crockpot, coffee grinder, blender. The beds were comfortable, there were swimming towels. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t get ahold of the manager or anyone when we needed help. It was very obvious that no one wanted to answer or help us. If someone had been prompt in answering we would have give me this place 5 stars.

The condo was very good. It had everything we needed. We could have used some extra dish towels but that was minor. The kids room was perfect! The community hot tub was crowded and not that clean which was the only disappointment. Parking was easy and plentiful.

Perfect vacation rental for two families. Our kids ranged from age 8-13. Clean, tastefully/simply decorated, and well appointed kitchen. Easy 10 min drive to grocery store, shops and restaurants in Moab. We never found the pool code. Emailed to find out checkout instructions and never heard back. Would be helpful to have oil code and checkout instructions in info binder. Overall we loved it. Thank you!

Excellent Property - We all slept comfortably

We really enjoyed this property and it was very close to Moab Downtown. Only complaint was that the Hot Tub was not hot. After a day of hiking took the kids to the pool and it was a little chilly out and the hot tub at the club house was luke warm at best. Everything else was wonderful!
