A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, golf, hiking, and biking are just outside your door. Enjoy stunning views of the golf course, red rocks, and the La Sal Mountains from your private patio. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options. Kokopelli's has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. For example, the fridge door rails are barely attached, which we discovered the first time we opened the fridge after stocking it and the items we had placed on the door fell to the ground along with the rail. Fortunately nothing broke but we removed everything from the doors after that. The BBQ grill is racked, it looks as though a piece is missing from the front right leg, so the hood won’t close properly and the grates rattle back and forth. Given the rental price, we expected things to be in better shape. All that said, it’s a nice space and overall worked well for our group.
