This RV has 1 private bathroom, 1 bedroom a bunk bed setup off the living area. Inside includes heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, free WIFI. Outside we provide a fire pit, propane grill, picnic table camping chairs for a prime camping experience! Bunk beds have a weight limit of 150lb if applicable. May not be suitable for most adults. The RV allowed us to feel like we were camping without actually camping. Kitchen had all the necessary basic utensils/cookware. The bathroom was much bigger than we expected. However if you want to limit hot water usage there were also lovely showers in the communal bathrooms. By far the cleanest public shower I have ever been in. Beds were “so so” but was about what we expected. The one bed does have a 150 pound weight limit (FYI). It’s about 30-45 minutes from the National Park entrances. The staff was extremely friendly. It was such a relief to us to know that everything was setup and ready to use without us having to "study" the RV and ensure we had connections right and were maintaining it correctly. The park overall was clean, quiet and very inviting. The RV was also very clean and roomy. Bed was very comfortable and communication with the owner superb! We spent till the evening of a day for stuck in the RV without a vehicle. My husband used the kitchen table as his office. I watch TV on the couch. We had our car snacks for food and we ordered pizza. The bedroom does not have a TV so it was a nice quiet getaway on an extremely comfortable bed. No hotel would have given us the nice space we had at the kitchen table, a comfortable couch, super comfy bed, and oven, stove top, microwave, and refrigerator. The owner of the RV was extremely responsive and attentive when I ask a question. Walking on the grounds weather early in the morning or in the mid afternoon sun or after the sun went down was just completely calming and pleasant. We stayed here in the middle of July, and based on other reviews I didn’t think the AC would be comfortable, but it was! There were 3 of us and it was big enough to spread out & the perfect place to relax after a morning of hiking in Arches. We had to ask for help with the TV and stove and maintenance was SO prompt, it was wonderful. Office staff gave me good tips for visiting Canyonlands too. It was 106 outside and 96 inside. We couldn't escape the heat. The ac couldn't be turned below 72 or it would freeze up. We roasted the entire time we were there. If I had known this I would have looked at other properties. This facility would be great for winter but horrible for summer. Being in that kind of temperatures you need somewhere to go to cool off or you will have a heat stroke. We spent a good bit riding around in the car just so we could keep cool. ##### James W.
