Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for trucks towing ATV/SCS trailers. All of our promoted sleeping details are in actual bedrooms. No hide-a-beds or fold out sofas in the main living area. We want to provide a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Moab is a spectacular place to visit, and we chose the perfect VRBO as our home base. This spot had everything we needed, and offered us a great view of the mountains. However, until or unless the owners address the frequently referenced HVAC issues you’ll see in other reviews, this property is only comfortable for stays in spring and fall. Freezing downstairs and blazing hot upstairs. Some of this could be remedied simply by relocating the thermostat to the first floor. Also, the housekeeper needs to remember to turn up the hot tub before guests arrive so it is ready for use. The water was too cold on our first night of stay. ##### Deborah H. We hiked Arches, Canyonlands, and made the 2+ hour drive to hike Capitol Reef. It was wonderful to come back and have a hot tub large enough to hold all of us for post-hike relaxation. The property is exactly as it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and has all you need. We appreciated the fact that there are two washers and two dryers in the unit - - with seven people and dirty hiking clothes, we needed it. My family and I were in Moab for a wedding. There were 8 of us total and this property was absolutely perfect! Everything was new, clean and super easy.
