There was an absolute terrible smell coming from the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Almost smelled like rotten fish. I noticed a good sized stain on the couch that looks like something had been spilled on it. Nice neighborhood south of town with clean amenities. Clean and neat place with comfortable beds. Big garage for storage. Professional booking procedures.
