This is not a negative about the current state of the house so it doesnt effect the 5 star review! Also going from the bedrooms to the bathrooms in the upstairs rooms was a painful experience. Towels were perfect, beds were really comfortable, hot tub worked and was hot, fire pit is amazing, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils that are high quality and the property clean. My family of 11- ages ranging from 8 to 74 all stayed here for three nights. It was a perfect location. My dad and mom enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and coffee each morning looking at the view of the La Sal mountains. Our kids all loved the ping pong table in the garage as well as hot tub!! We were about 10 minutes from town. We enjoyed a Sunset Safari Tour and Rafting trip with Moab Adventure Center. Hiked in Arches and Canyonlands as well - both were very close to our house. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook several meals while staying as well as do laundry!! House is three bedrooms but has enough beds to sleep 12 comfortably. The amenities are superb and it is well stocked for a very enjoyable stay. The location to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands can’t be beat. It is close to downtown Moab but far enough away from the party aspect of a very busy town on a Jeep Safari week. It was clean and had a few extras, like laundry soap and paper towels, that were nice for a family.
