Our stay at 619 was just perfect. The home was clean, well furnished, well stocked and very comfortable! The rooms were quiet and the bed excellent. The location is ideal for access to the town of Moab. Estrada is a new development and is well maintained. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The kids had a ball in the pool! Perfect for families. The management team was welcoming and provided excellent support. This home easily provides comfortable lodging for several families! The management company was very easy to communicate with. Instructions were clear and easy. The house was exactly as advertised, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Jul 10, 2023 #### Excellent Place to Stay Great location, amenities, and an all around great place to stay. The townhome was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen and dinning room table were a nice size and the unit had tons of dishes and silverware stocked up. Keyless entry to front door and garage was very convenient and made check in/out really easy as we did not have to worry about key exchanges or exchanging keys between our group when people wanted to do different things throughout the day. Townhome complex was only 15-20 min from the entrance to Arches, was within 30 min to lots of the major mountain biking trailheads, and just a few minutes from the downtown restaurants and shops. ##### Benjamin H. ### 10/10 Excellent #### JENNIFER B. We could not have ask for a better condo it was extremely clean, very roomy, well stocked kitchen and the pool and hot tub right outside the back door. One of my favorite things was the ceilings are high and the doors all throw out the condo were like 9' just gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again if i make it back out to Moab!! ##### Cathy R. Everything about this property is absolutely amazing! It's so beautiful! The area was super clean. When you wake up in the morning the red rocks were stunning. We absolutely love the beds.
