Property manager was very communicative and checked in to ensure all was well after our arrival. We did not use the bikes given our short stay but a family with children would really enjoy them. There were games for adults and kids and even some children's toys. They also had kids plates and cups and a step stool for the bathroom. We had 12 people. 6 adults, 6 kids. Rooms were great. Cleanliness was as good as I’ve ever seen in a rental. Really nice. Really convenient for parks and in town restaurants. The units were great, enough bedding for all, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes, pool towels etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool after our hikes. The garage has a bike stand, cable locks, and some bike tools. It's not a pros set up, but it's enough to do most bike repairs. The hosts were also very responsive and cordial with any query. It is extremely spacious and well appointed. Our group of 8 had an amazing time. The management company and host were extremely responsive and reached out to make sure everything was perfect. House was clean and well appointed, including a sturdy blow up twin mattress and an extra twin mattress under one of the bunk beds. Also, includes lots of kitchen extras like a griddle, toaster, crock pot, etc. Location is great- on the north end of town close to Arches, less than a mile to shops and restaurants, 0.5 miles to Rec center and playground. Having stayed at many vacation rentals, I can confidently say this is one of the best! The place was spotlessly clean, and as others have commented, very well stocked. There was everything we needed to cook meals and the attention to detail was amazing - everything from toiletries to storage boxes for leftovers and pack-up lunches. It really felt like a home-away-from-home. The location is great being so close to town and just a short drive from Arches. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the ESVRM team.
