The location is ideal just on the south side of Moab (Moab not being a big place, it was convenient to quickly drive to restaurants and to the parks/hikes we wanted to do). The place appears to be almost brand new and was immaculately clean. The layout maximizes space and enabled everyone to have their own space - my husband and I in our room, our daughter upstairs and our son elected to sleep on the couch. The kitchen was well-stocked with whatever you might need, the bathroom had nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion, and there was even a container of laundry detergent for the laundromat that is conveniently right on property. The sheets and bath towels were very soft/high-quality (our only quibble would be that the pillows are MyPillows, which are expensive but we all found uncomfortable). Our kids liked that when we were back from activities and relaxing that the smart TVs were connected to all the streaming services. The owner communicated well ahead of time to fill us in the details (she even left us cookies upon arrival), and the door has a keypad, so it was super easy to deal with getting in and out. We all loved it and would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Moab. ##### Kim S.
