We rented 5 of the tiny homes and were able to cook meals on the grills and hang out in the evening after a long day of off roading in our jeeps. The tiny house looked exactly like the picture on vrbo and was very clean. Plenty of sheets, towels and pillows were provided. The upper floor is on the short side, it's a partial floor rather than a full second floor. It wasn't a problem for my 6' son who stayed up there and I think liked the lofted area. The owners were very responsive when I called and were even able to arrange for me to stay an extra day. The unit we were staying in was booked on that day, but they slotted me into another unit and it worked out great. I appreciated that the kitchen is well equipped with coffeemaker, microwave, good range of dishes/cutlery/etc. The property is away from the main city center of Moab where most of the tourists hit restaurants and shops, but it's only a five minute drive or so. It didn't detract from my stay in any way, but it is beyond easy walking distance and requires you to go a little deeper into Moab to get to.
