We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Moab and it was such a treat to come back to this gorgeous home after a long day of hiking. Unlike other vacation rentals the check in and check out process was so simple. No need to clean the house from top to bottom before leaving which is rare to find anymore. It’s was in the perfect location if you are attending an event near the Spanish trails arena. The layout of the town house was perfect for 6 guests. They provided high end Aveda products in each bathroom and also gave complimentary locally roasted coffee. The kit he’s was super organized and the basic essentials were provided if you want to cook or grill. It was very close to one of the pools in the area and less crowded than the main entrance one. Our only complaint about the property was the knives were completely dull - we couldn’t cut anything with them. However this was just a minor inconvenience. There were some trades people who showed up while we were there without prior communication which we thought was odd, but may have just been miscommunication - someone showed up to “fix the broken spa” while we were using it and they determined it wasn’t broken, someone showed up and took pictures of the BBQ, and someone showed up to “rekey the door” because they were told the unit was empty.
