This hotel really needs a full update. The bath dripped through the entire stay, both sink and toilet drained slowly, and the in room fridge was quite loud. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but other hotels for the same price in Moab are much better value.

I was scared after reading reviews to go! They have either listened very well to customers… which I believe is true in some instances and/or people’s expectations are way off on a budget hotel chain. Yes it’s dated, yes somethings not working or looking perfect… but it was clean, staff were friendly and they had complimentary fruit, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, juice, yoghurt etc. Sounds like this is where they listened. I slept in a comfy bed, was gone all day, went out for dinner, had a good breakfast and repeat.

I can't find a single staff member to check me in. I paid for nothing because no one is here to check me into my room after searching for 15 minutes!

The man at the desk gave us a room key to TWO rooms that were clearly already booked!! There was a carryon luggage on the one bed of the first room, and the second had beard trimmers and jeans over a chair in the other. We cancelled our stay and found another motel in the same city. We have been charged on our VISA, but this needs to be credited back to us. I have the confirmation number of the cancellation. Never again!

There seems to be no sound insulation between rooms. I could hear the conversations on either side. The windows don’t block out the sound of conversations or even closing car doors in the parking lot.

Nothing worked. No one at front desk. Advertised free breakfast...prepackaged cold muffins and coffee maker broken. Wad of hair on toliet (gross), TV remote didn't work, volume on TV went out, bathroom light flickered, no ice (ice maker broken). Terrible expirence...we will never go to any Days Inn again and we will make the same reccomendation to our friends.

We have stayed in different hotels all week and this was by far the worst of all of them. Their continental breakfast was awful and the room was less than average. Would not recommend it.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel and wanted to check in but there was no one to be found. Finally after knocking on a private door and waiting 15 minutes a young lady came out reluctantly and checked us in. She was the most unfriendly individual we have ever encountered. In the morning we were looking for coffee and some breakfast items but other than some muffins we found nothing. The coffee machine wasn't working so we ended up going out for breakfast. Even the next day we had the same problem, no coffee. In order to get a hold of her we had to phone her as per her note, unbelievable

Our stay was not pleasant. We paid for our pet but the rooms carpet had so much pet dander my allergies acted up. The coffee machine in lobby didn't work. In the bathroom tan bugs(roach) ran around. Our neighbors in the hall screamed and partied into the night. Didn't have coffee in the morning either

We knew on driving up this would be trouble--the entrance way was cracked and badly painted. The lobby looked like a tenement house and the carpeted stairs and hallway to our room were filthy with spots and debris. Fortunately, our room was mainly clean--that is, the beds. There were spots all around the toilet on the wood floor, and when I tried to wipe them up with a paper towel, the whole towel was black. We would have left right away except there were almost no vacancies in Moab and even this dump was charging nearly $300. It was awful and we felt sorry for the poor Hispanic guy who seemed to work hard to maintain the place, but it was hopeless. Fortunately again, we had a completely different experience at Days Inn in Elko, NV, which was clean, well maintained and pleasant in every way. I'll do separate review for them.

Filthy, I would upload the pictures if I could. I also had a $20 10 year old cooler stolen from my UTV in the parking lot. It was there for 45 minutes at around 1030am.

What a nightmare!!!
Broken appliances piled up by dumpster in parking lot , pool closed, Wi-Fi did not work, hair dryer in room broken, back door into hotel broken so anyone could access hall at night and gravel area by back door and parking lot filled with broken glass and cigarette butts. Will never stay there again and no one should!

This hotel needs a full renovation, most of the building needs work also the parking lot looks like the Grand Canyon because of the path holes. In the room you can heard the noises from other rooms tv, shower and also the toilets flashing. The room was dirty and in the main hallway a water leak. Hot water goes on and off. Price was cheap for only 10 hours of usage. Late check in early check out. Thank you.

This property more closely resembles a motel than a hotel. The interior is very dated and generally run down. The rooms give a bit of a grimy vibe - like they haven’t had anything more than a very superficial clean in a very long time. The sheets in my room were stained and there was a dirty fork under the bed. If you can get over this, it’s a good location and easy to walk to downtown. If you want to avoid stained sheets and general griminess, you are better off staying elsewhere.

As expected, could have been better for the $$'s
Overall, about what was expected, room was clean and tidy. BUT; the shower handle was extremely difficult to pull to open (someone weaker may not be able to open); the sink stopper does not work, the faucet handle "hot/Cold" was backward, which might lead to a scalding by someone not paying attention; the tv remote did not work; sounds like a blower bearing going on A/C unit.

Haven’t seen a hotel in this bad of shape for 20 years. “Clean” Towels had long dark hairs all over on them, room floor was dirty, and they didn’t make up my room in between days. After the first day all the kids wanted to do was go jump in the pool and it was covered in bugs and so dingy you couldn’t see the bottom. Terrible.

You pay for what you get. Its an older building. Not dilapidated, but definitely needs upgrading. It was clean, no bugs, and mostly comfortable. Breakfast was a little below average, but doable (again you pay for what you get).

We will never go to a Days Inn again. The T.V. turned off by itself every five minutes, the water took about 5 minutes to get hot, we were told there would be a hot breakfast. One morning they had eggs and sausage, but all the other days there was nothing hot. Our beds were never made nor new towels delivered. The bathroom shower looked like a 3-year old did the caulking.

Room looked nice and clean but upon closer inspection, the bedspread had stains on it. I didn’t know if it was stained but clean or just stained and not clean. Some areas of the bathroom were not clean and the carpet was dark so I couldn’t tell if it was clean or not

Slippery floors in the bathroom, boot print on the sheets, pool was closed for the season in August, and the breakfast did not include eggs or meat. So, I had a mealy apple and yogurt. There where several different breads, waffles and 2 cereals, but I cannot eat these.

Very clean, staff was amazing and was very helpful in a last minute reservation for a late check in, even offered me some yogurt to go although I had missed breakfast. Only issue was the noise in the bottom room closest to the front desk, every time someone in another room showers it was very loud, I guess the piping must be around there. other than that it was great thank you!

Park tour
I am on a National Park sightseeing tour. This hotel got me close to Canyonlands. It was quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. I was very satisfied.
