Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of beds to accommodate a large family. The private enclosed garage is really nice, and the large parking area is helpful if you happen to bring a trailer with toys like motorcycles or ATVs. The place is spotless and feels brand new, with beautiful finishes, solid flooring, and one of those layouts that just works. Both units were super clean and thoughtfully designed, and the beds? Incredible. Comfy mattresses, high-quality bedding—it all just felt like home (if not better).What really made it special, though, was the location. You’re right downtown, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. We never had to get in the car once we arrived. That said, parking was still a breeze—plenty of it, and even garage options, which is a nice bonus. As a Colorado real estate agent, I’ve seen a lot of homes and short-term rentals—and this one really nails it. ##### Seth J.
