It is characterized by a Mediterranean climate, dry summers and mild winters and is one of the sunniest Adriatic islands. House is situated just 50 m from the sea and 300m from lakes.Our apartment provides bedroom with double and single bed, balcony and equipped kitchenette. Kitchenette features stove top, fridge, microwave, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Bathroom has shower.Thanks for considering staying with us! It is the greenest Island with Mediterranean vegetation, a clear and clean sea, and a gentle sandy shoreline. National Park spreads on the western side of the Island (for over 54km2) and offers shady walking or cycling tracks, ancient ruins, and saltwater lakes. Entrances to NP Mljet is in Polače and Pomena.The main places are Pomena, Polače, and Sobra and in those places, you may find supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, travel agencies, souvenir shops, etc...Island is regularly connected with Dubrovnik with a ferry from Dubrovnik or Korčula as well as a car ferry connection with Pelješac Peninsula on the Croatian mainland.Being located just over 15 minutes walk to Malo Jezero (Small Lake) of Mljet National Park, the village is the main entry point to the Park. The room was a good size, beds were comfy, there was air conditioning, a fridge, kettle and mugs, clothing rail and cupboard. There was a lovely terrace at the front of the accommodation where you could sit and sea the harbour.
