The staff were exceptional, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel at home and were one of the highlights of our stay. The promenade was about a 15–20 minute walk away. While the hotel isn’t right by the main beaches, the quality of the hotel and the amazing hospitality more than made up for it. "Wow, an incredibly hotel. We stayed in a lovely apartment with 3 balconies, 3! One for each bedroom and one for the kitchenette and living area. Both bedrooms have en suite with bidet and nice showers, toiletries provided and replenished at no extra cost and the staff were lovely. It’s a short 20 or so minute walk to Skanderbeu Square and in the vicinity of where most tour operators will pick you up from, which is also super handy. "Beautiful hotel with wonderful, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good but a bit confusing - there were menus for omelettes but nobody asked for orders, tongs were forgotten for hot foods. Maybe this was just an off day. But tasty overall. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging parking and setting us for the airport the next day."
