there’s quite far from downtown. It takes 15min to walk.
But Hotel’s amenities are great.
Free coffee, juice, ginger ale etc, umakabo snack, Also special sauna and ganbanyoku for ladies at 3F is great.
Only the location is opposite from downtown.
It's is an old hotel
It has larger rooms compared to business hotels.
Stayed 5 days so washer and dryer on the same level was nice
and also in that small enclosed room there was vending machine,
microwave oven and toaster oven.
My daughter hated the smell which management tried hard to eliminate. I have stayed there many times because of quiet location
and availability of twin rooms.
Staff have limited English but tried very hard to communicate and provide good service. Rooms are small per the norm for Japan but was fairly modern and well maintained. You have to step up into the bathroom which could be a challenge for some but didn't impact us. We have seen this type step in other Japanese hotels.
The hotel was close to relative that we were visiting. Staff were very welcoming and tried hard to communicate even though their English was sometimes limited. Miyazaki is very Japanese and I do not think that there are a lot of outsiders who visit the area so the staff effort was appreciated. Rooms are typically small but were fairly modern and well maintained.
Good apart from there’s no Onsen for women. Nice friendly staffs and very helpful too. I left my IPad there and they packed it nicely and sent it to the next hotel I stayed.
A great hotel, great service, great amenities, great price, good location, & an awesome onsen with lots of freebies. What more could you ask for. Totally satisfied with everything. A+++
Breadfast is good wirh many choices
Venue is bright and cozy
The hotel upgrade the room to twin bed free of charge because we mistaken double bed as two beds
The staff speaks good english
Parking just outside for 750 yen per night
Recommended.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the most spacious hotel room we stayed in while in Japan. The service was awesome and the staff were fluent in English. The breakfast was great with so much variety. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
Cheap hotel, good facilities, close to the station
Solo traveler. Arrived in the afternoon. Was promptly checked in and got to my room. The room is pretty standard for a Japanese hotel. The facilities including spa witht drink service are superb. You can make full use of the rest area after taking a dip in the spa. I stayed only 1 night but I would stay again.
