![I took this photo at Sørvágsvatn in the Faroe Islands! This isn't a view of the lake itself or the iconic cliffs. But a view of lesser known cliffs right by the lake itself. And the body of water you see is the deep sea :). And the lake was to the right of me. To see both at the same time is a very cool sight, as well. But I like this close-up view the best. Can really get a feel of how otherworldly it is! As the classic views of the lake. I hiked about 4 KM to get to Sørvágsvatn and it was definitely worth it! Some other tourists as well, but not nearly as many as the peak of summer. I'm glad I went on that late August day! « Bien situé et central pour visiter les différentes îles. Personnel de l’hôtel très chaleureux, bar et resto-café agréable (les hamburgers sont excellents!!!) , restaurant gastronomique disponible mais ouvert que 3-4 jours par semaine. Si vous sentez une odeur particulière en arrivant dans la chambre , juste à ajouter un peu d’eau dans le drain de la salle de bain situé au plancher et probablement là si le bain débordait. "Super bien placé en plein centre de Torshavn Le dialogue avec le gestionnaire pour l'arrivée ou pour toutes questions par la suite est simple et aboutie toujours a une solution La chambre et grande et lumineuse Les parties communes sont propres et bien gérées Le système de bannettes associées a chaque chambre est bien pensé pour le partage du frigo et des placards Grandes douches très agréables Par contre il est dommage que les lumières ne s'éteignent pas automatiquement dans les parties communes : certains hôtes laissent les lumières des douches ou des salons communs allumées toutes la nuit Pour un long séjour de 11 nuits, il serait bien de changer le linge (draps et serviettes) au moins une fois A part ça nous recommandons cet endroit pour votre séjour aux Iles Féroé !! "

"Nous étions dans une chambre pour 2nuits dont la fenêtre ne pouvait pas s'ouvrir car cassée, donc impossible d'aérer la chambre ce qui a été désagréable. D'autre part la fenêtre n'était plus étanche aux bruit. Hôtel très bien placé proche centre ville A part cela le personnel était très très serviable et gentil. Dommage le problème de fenêtre...."
