Located in Mittenwald, this 55 m² apartment welcomes up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom and a living area with dining space. The fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, Wi-Fi, TV, and coffee machine ensure a comfortable stay. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available. Enjoy private balcony views of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains—perfect for relaxing in an alpine setting. The apartment is close to public transport.  
  
A shared parking space is available on site. Pets are welcome; 1 animal is allowed. Events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. As guests of the Herzstück and Wettersteintraum apartments, you may use the partner hotel's SPA facilities for an extra fee. A rich breakfast is also available there for an extra fee.  
  
Your hosts live on the property but not in the booked apartment. Cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra fee. The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator. All essential kitchen utensils, towels, and bed linen are provided.
