The owner is very nice and gave me the room that I parked in front of. I loved being able to bring my things right into my room instead of walking through a hotel and up an elevator, etc. The room is nice. It's roomier than many hotels and has a mini fridge and microwave, dresser and desk, plus excellent wi-fi. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s nice sometimes to stay somewhere where you check in with the owner, you can park your car right in front of your door, and you get a restaurant recommendation from someone who dines there. The Coachlight met all of our needs for a comfortable nights stay.

Nice budget stay
Host was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was just coffee. No walking distance place for breakfast. No hairdryer in the room. Would stay again. Outside was not in great condition...inside was better than outside appearance.

during reservation process its stated that we have coffee and no breakfast also if looking at registration slip hairdryers are available in office for use, we try very hard at keeping are rates reasonable, and try to give the best room for the money thanks for staying and you review.

thanks for your response we try very hard but if were to put counters etc in we would have to raise prices too much all beds and furnishings less than two years old also carpet on half rooms last year we try very hard with clean comfortable rooms that you do not have to spend 160 a night. thanks again

Stayed over one night on my to Nebraska. Property is Right off the interstate. Such a cute little motel. Staff was very friendly. Room and bed was super comfortable! Very clean and affordable! I have stayed in chain hotels all over the country that weren’t as clean and cozy as this sweet little motel. Would stay here again!

First of all, we are very easy people to work with when it comes to resolving issues that may come up. However, when i mentioned that the rate was $59 per night on Hotels.com to the Owner, he stated that, "I charge in person, not through the Hotels.com website (although it said otherwise on the site...), and my rate is, $81.03." This is a huge jump from the $59 we were told we had. The good news was, we checked our bank information, and we were not charged both prices, just the $81.03. However, we first shrugged it off, because the Owner was nit going to budge any. The room was very dirty; grime on the walls, dust over a quarter inch deep on the vents, signs of black mold above the bath tub, and the carpet was very old and needs to be renewed. While i was in the bathroom, doing my business, i looked diwn and the floor was movung! About thirty if not more of what appeared to be Suger-Ants, were crawling all over the place, so i I got a towel and tried to squash as many as i could, so they didn't end up on my clothing or luggage.... So, to be "bait and switched" on the money situation on top of the filth factors, nade me write this warning to any future guests. We are coming back from a 13-hour trip, going to Mayo in Rochester, so we only need a couple of beds was all till morning and for the roads to clear themselves of the snow. We should have just paid the extra ten dollars and stayed at a more streamlined location to rest at. Hotels.com is working on refunding some.

I am so sorry you did not inform me of any problems when you turned key in this am. first you never said you had a quoted rate of 59.00..I did tell you that you give a card online but are only charged at the motel......I did charge the wrong amount the quoted rate on internet was 70.99 on the email i received then you received a relief and revive discount of 6.60 which bring the rate 64.39 plus tax i looked at email wrong and charged 71.69 plus tax which was 81.03 i did credit back 7.84 to your card.. again i am sorry for your long trip again we have many really good reviews and try very hard to have a clean and nice motel and will continue to do so please have better day. again it would have been nice to have talked this morning instead of going to the keyboard...
