Excellent hotel with lovely staff and great food! The spa was amazing and they were flexible with children timings given the edge season. The massage was out of this world. Concierge super helpful. Would return here again for sure!

This place impressed us from the start. We were greeted in the parking lot by name as soon as we pulled in. We were assisted with our luggage and made to feel welcomed right away. A quick tour of the hotel and spa area was provided before taking us to our room. All of the facilities were in great condition and everyone who worked there made us feel right at home. One surprising thing was that almost anyone we encountered that worked at the hotel called us by name, a nice personalized touch. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and were impressed by the service and quality of food. The spa facilities are amazing and give you a lot of options to choose from throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Good stay in the heart of Dolomti.
Everything in the hotel including surroundings is beautiful and expected. Staff are friendly and courteous. Menu selection for the dinner is a little bit limited.

The staff are exceptional. The facility is immaculate. However, for a 5 star property the room was quite small with only a queen bed of just average comfort. Dramatic lighting throughout and excellent, refined decor. Concierge was especially helpful and cordial. Beautiful spa facilities, exceptional dining room.

Be warned! They are currently under construction and the noise is practically deafening! I'm sure it's a lovely place to stay but it was absolutely impossible, and it's supposed to be a spa resort to relax and unwind, which is exactly why we went there. No chance! We checked out as quickly as we could after they started jack-hammering at 8AM, but the noise of them just getting ready to work that day woke us up before 7. They didn't offer any refund even though we couldn't enjoy any of the amenities. If you are considering staying here, call first to make sure they have completed the work (which, by the looks of it, may be a while.) I will say that Hotels.com gave us some compensation, which was very cool as this wasn't their fault, but it only added up to less than half of what the room cost for the night. We left feeling completely shaken up, nerves shredded, and very unhappy with the hotel for not doing more as far as refunding the stay.

Simply the best!
It has been an incredible staying, everyone was just simply amazing! The hotel is way better than the actual pictures and the stuff is just simply the best. ! Everyone, Davide, Fabrizio, and all of their stuff made us feel like we were home, so much so that it was very hard to leave and say goodbye to everyone. We promised we would be back, they really made the difference.. I wish every staying was like this one. they really made the difference!!! Not to talk about the landscape, absolutely a dream! Also the food at the restaurant where Alessandro is the chef, is superb!!! Do yourself a favor and book this place ! You welcome!

A true 5 star property
Beautiful well appointed property in an amazingly gorgeous location. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely very clean, modern, well appointed and we had a very large private deck to enjoy the breath taking views of the Dolomites. The food is absolutely incredible! Breakfast was wonderful and everything so fresh, they even make their own in house yogurt among many other tasty treats. We also enjoyed an amazing dinning experience for dinner, possibly one of the best dinners we have ever had. Super gourmet, utilizing local and fresh ingredients. I'm celiac and they took great care to make sure I was able to eat safe, they even had freshly made gluten free rolls for me that were outstanding! The spa is beautiful with a great variety of treatments and rooms to try out and enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again! a true 5 star experience!!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. The daily breakfast is amazing and a view to go with it. The o my “complaint” is that the bus/shuttle service should more frequent (not just every hour).

This is a lovely, beautifully renovated small hotel. It has excellent spa facilities and and nice bar and restaurant. Our plane was late and they graciously swapped our reservation by a night to preclude a long dark, drive. The room was a tad small but very nicely finished. A comfortable overnight stay.

Lovely spa hotel with a few deficiencies
For a 5-star hotel, one expects a lot -- certainly a larger room and better quality food. The room was quite small with no sitting area or even a comfortable chair, and according to the diagram on the door, all the rooms on the main floor are the same size. The private terrace was large, but the cool weather made it impossible to sit out there very much. The one dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant was impeccably served and beautifully presented, but the flavors were bland and disappointing. The meal was very expensive. The breakfast buffet was fine, but they seemed not to be able to achieve having eggs and sausages in the steam container at the same time on any of the three mornings, and the wait for refilling was long. Also, getting enough coffee was somewhat of a game involving making requests over and over, as they bring only a small amount in a little pot each time. One wonders why serve-yourself coffee, so common in other hotels in the area, is not possible in this very expensive one. The one very good thing about this resort is the spa, gym, and indoor pool, which are beautiful. Given the cool weather, the wonderfully heated pool, as warm as a warm bath, was most welcome, as were the water massage features in it. With a few improvements, this hotel could rise up to expectations except for the very small rooms, which is a pity.

Absolutely amazing -- we ended up extending our stay because we fell in love with the luxurious but relaxed hotel, the stunning views, and the magical town of Cortina. Beautiful and thoughtfully designed rooms, an extraordinary spa, innovative restaurant, outstanding breakfast buffet, and top-notch service. Highly recommend visiting in the summer (when we did), but we hope to also return in the winter during ski season.

We visited Italy for two weeks and of the 5 hotels we stayed at, this was our least favorite one. I am not sure how it received a 5 star rating. I think of it more as a nice 3 star hotel. The only thing about it that is 5-starish are the finishes in the bathroom. The room was small, and kids are not allowed in the pool after 4 pm. So, it was not ideal for a family. If one is looking for massages and a spa then perhaps this hotel is a better fit. The staff was nice, and the room was clean. However, unlike some of the hotels we stayed in, it lacked a soul.

Beautiful boutique hotel near center of town
This was a beautiful, small and quiet hotel close to the downtown action in Cortina. The staff were so kind and helped us with dinner reservations to excellent restaurants. The spa is amazing and was quiet and practically empty! They have bikes for the guests to use which was a fun way to see the town. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had everything one could need. All in all, an amazing place and we would love to return!

Absolute gem of a hotel!
We stayed at Rosepetra for a week. It lies about 2 kilometers outside of the Cortina town centre. There is a nice hike & bike path that makes it an easy walk. The hotel also provides shuttle service to Cortina and back although we didn't find it necessary to use. The staff were all very welcoming and quite pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable and well styled. Outside views were simply outstanding. We loved this place. I would book again!

Incredible stay. The resort and rooms are a perfect blend of ultra modern amenities wrapped in traditional European ski lodge decor. The spa is fantastic and adding to the tranquil environment is a breathtaking view of the Dolomites. Must eat in the restaurant, whilst a little pricey, it is a once in a lifetime experience as the chef has prepared an unforgettable menu that is matched by amazing service. The location of the resort itself is seems to be in a more residential area slightly outside Cortina D'Ampezzo so there just aren't many other things to do in the nearby vicinity (which is good).

Amazing resort - highly recommend!
Excellent resort in the magnificent Dolomites. Room was spotless and resort is a very relaxing place to come back to after hiking and exploring the Dolomites. Spa area is very clean and quiet. Staff were all exceedingly helpful and polite and very helpful.
