"Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. Will definitely book again."

"This property was alright, could use some changes. Overall enjoyed the stay however some of the lights were not working. Also there’s an ant pest infestation in kitchen/bar so beware of that and just some items around the house were broken/unusable. My friend and I were barely home so these things were not too much a bother but I hope the host gets them fixed for their next tenant."
