Each unit boasts a private entrance and shares a convenient laundry room. This beautifully remodeled 1910 home in the University District of Missoula reflects its original charm. The cozy primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and nightstand, with a full bathroom offering a walk-in shower. Relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy gatherings on the front porch. Please note the shared stackable washer and dryer are located externally. Within two blocks, explore downtown attractions, parks, and local favorites. Just three blocks from the University of Montana campus and a short walk to Washington Grizzly Stadium. Access the River Trail for biking or walking across the street. I was able to have guests over to visit a couple of times and proximity to downtown and the University is definitely a plus. I know I made a comment about that so to see that you responded and change that really shows that you care about your guests.
