It was a nice, no-frills room that was entirely comfortable and clean. I was able to leave my car there during a trip and use the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, which was a nice service they offer. I didn't get to use the pool/hot tub, but it looked nice in there.

Fine for a night. Clean, large room. Checking out the next day, no matter how often I rang the bell, nobody ever came to the desk so I just left. It was a little weird. The area of the hotel is in an industrial park so it gets loud when the trucks get going and the planes start flying. Next time I’ll stay a little closer to downtown/UM.

We’ve stayed here a few times and love how big the rooms are and that it is close to the airport. This time our room wasn’t too clean (needed to be vacuumed badly) and the hotel entry in general seemed like it needed a deep clean.

We chose this place because we'd had excellent stays before. We had expected a buffet breakfast which there wasn't. Also, we didn't know that we had to ask for a kitchen package so had to improvise with what we had.

We got in late, so didn't have much of a chanve to interact with staff, but the night guy was pleasant and we slept very soundly. Love that there are tables in the rooms plus a couch. We just spent a week in CA and didn't have this nice a place! I would have traded it easy!

When we checked in the evening of Feb. 2nd we were unpleasantly greeted by two male employee at the front desk who clearly detested their jobs. We told them that we were traveling with our two dogs and that we would like to have a room on the first floor. The employee told us they did not have any open rooms on the first floor so they put us in a room on the second floor. Fast forward to the following night, Feb 3rd, after working a 9-hour event, we returned to the hotel lobby at 10 PM with our two dogs and some much-needed dinner. Lo and behold, the same two miserable employees from the previous night were manning the front desk, their faces buried in their phones. As we were about to step into the elevator, they rudely interrupted us to inform us that dogs were not allowed on the 2nd floor and demanded that we move rooms. Now, let me paint the picture for you: it's 10 PM, we're exhausted, we've got our hands full with our dogs and food, and these same incompetent employees couldn't be bothered to remember or care about our situation from the night before. Not a single apology was offered, and they didn't lift a finger to assist us with relocating. To say we were stunned by the sheer incompetence and lack of empathy displayed by these two employees would be an understatement. They single-handedly managed to ruin what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this establishment.

Locally owned and operated in Missoula means improvements over big hotel chains. The biggest for two for me was bang for the buck and a real smart tv with streaming apps preloaded that I could use my credentials to log into. We ended up staying an extra night, and staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Superb resort and lodge. The restaurant was top notch, and all of the staff were fantastic. The hot tub ambience with the fire pit were awesome! Simply a great place!!

Stonecreek Lodge is always a great place to stay. Check-in is always fast, pleasant staff, rooms ate clean, pool and hot tub are wonderful . Only thing I miss there, is they Do Not serve breakfast. They used to but have since quit doing that. Breakfast service would be awesome.

When I booked the room it said there way breakfast available, we had Dr appointments that why we chose it. When we got there they said they have not served breakfast since Covid. Very disappointing. They said their websight says this but hotels.com did not.

This was a quick one-night stay for us that is conveniently close to the airport. They have shuttle service running every half hour. Staff was efficient. I will say that our room appeared to have been missing one night stand and a couple pillows from the bed. The walls are on the thinner side too, as we could hear the neighboring room’s tv blaring all evening. They do offer very inexpensive parking for up to 16 days for only $10, so that’s a plus.
