The unit is very clean, well decorated and maintained, the hardwood floors and wood work are great. The layout worked very well for our party of 3 adults but could comfortably accommodate 2 couples a kid or two. Kitchen is well-equipped, beds are comfortable and the rooftop patio is very enjoyable. The location is good overall, just off the beaten path but a quick walk to downtown and the river. The only drawback is the train yard across the street - the noise wasn’t overly disruptive for us, and after a while it sort of grew on us, but those who are very light sleepers, families with infants or napping-age children, or those trying to WFH could find it problematic. Bottom line, I would stay at the railroad townhouse again, it was a comfortable and convenient home base for our visit to Missoula this summer! ##### Gina D.
