Our keycard stopped working after one day of our 2 day trip, and they couldn’t get it to work no matter how many times they tried. The front desk person was super helpful, but they couldn’t fix the problem. Even though the desk clerk contacted the manager, the manager never reached out to us to apologize, offer a discount, nothing. They left the poor desk clerk to let us into our room every time we needed to leave and come back, which was 6 or 7 times. The behavior of the manager has lost Fairview 2 customers forever. We will never go back and we will tell everyone we know never to stay there
